10 Best Mindset & Manifestation Podcasts of 2023

I am often asked what my favorite manifestation podcast is, so I decided to put together my top 10 list for 2023.

As I’ve written before, I was introduced to meditation and manifestation during COVID lockdown through the Sarah Prout manifestation challenge and Chopra meditation app. I never imagined it would spark a personal spiritual journey.

At first I inhaled everything I could find about manifestation, and one of my favorite things to do was pop on a podcast while in my car or working out. In this way, I discovered some of my favorites, including Deepak Chopra, Jay Shetty, and Dr. Joe Dispenza. I still listen to one mindset, mindfulness, health, wellness, or manifestation podcast almost every day. Below are the manifestation podcasts I’ve been listening to most lately.

1. The Manifestation Babe Podcast

Manifestation Babe is my favorite manifestation podcast this year. Kathrin Zenkina is a bestselling author and master manifestation coach who has created a dream life of luxury travel and financial abundance. Her podcast covers all things manifestation, with a focus on entrepreneurship, using Law of Attraction principles, psychotherapy, and other spiritual practices.

Kathrine’s most downloaded podcast episodes include “Breaking Down the Science of Manifestation,” “If You’re Doubting Your Ability to Create Your Dream Life, You Must Listen to This,” and “Manifesting Deep Layers of Healing & Freedom.”

While her social media is filled with images of beautiful locations and high-end brands, it can be easy to dismiss the extravagance of it. But what I love about Kathrin is that she makes no apologies for her success. Afterall, isn’t that exactly what you want to see from a manifestation expert?

In addition to exuding a fun, positive energy, her podcast is filled with uplifting, inspiring stories and techniques. She bases her teachings on Rapid Resolution Therapy and self-hypnosis methods that can be used to overcome past painful experiences and create the correct money mindset to welcome in abundance.

I find it impossible not to cheer her on as she lets us watch real time while she creates the life of her wildest dreams. Proof you can live your best life while remaining true to your highest self.

2. Not Over, Just Different with Natalie Ledwell

I love this podcast for the selfish reason that it aligns with my focus on using manifestation to overcome the unique challenges of midlife.

Natalie Ledwell is the founder of MindMovies, an amazing manifestation app that can best be described as a digital vision board. Users create personal videos filled with positive affirmations, inspiring images, and motivating music to help imprint their wildest dreams on their subconscious mind. By integrating all of the senses, MindMovies elevates one of the best manifestation techniques – vision boarding – to a level beyond the typical glue stick and posterboard. It is one of the mindset tools used at Dr. Joe Dispenza’s intensive retreats to help attendees visualize, crystalize, and begin to manifest their ideal life path.

Not Over, Just Different is a lifestyle podcast for women looking for guidance and inspiration as they navigate the changes that come with moving through various states of life. In each episode, Natalie speaks with different guests about topics like health, relationships, life transitions, aging gracefully, and learning to see life from a fresh perspective.

A few of my favorite episodes have included topics on intermittent fasting, making sense of menopause, and wealth building for women. The show’s focus is one how we define, harness, and elevate our minds in order to live a creative and purposeful life.

3. On Purpose with Jay Shetty

No list of the best manifestation podcasts would be complete without mention of Jay Shetty’s On Purpose. While not about manifestation specifically, his weekly podcast covers topics that include mindfulness, productivity, relationships, leadership, and spirituality. The focus on purpose and meaning in life is a recurring theme, and listeners are encouraged to reflect on their own values and goals in order to live a more fulfilling life.

Jay is a motivational speaker, best-selling author, and former monk who draws on his own experiences and insights as well as interviews with well-known celebrities, business leaders, and spiritual experts. His warm, conversational tone is accessible to a wide range of listeners, from those who are just starting on their personal growth journey to those who are more experienced.

4. Deepak Chopra’s Infinite Potential

I realize I’m a bit of a Deepak Chopra fangirl, but the guests on this single season podcast are reason alone to listen. The Infinite Potential podcast is an extension of Chopra’s book and documentary series of the same name and is a series of conversations between Chopra and various thought leaders, spiritual teachers, and experts in the fields of science, psychology, and philosophy. Some of his amazing and notable guests include Jay Shetty, Dr. Jane Goodall, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, and Dan Savage.

Building on his exploration of the mysteries of consciousness and human experience, Chopra emphasizes the idea that we are not just passive observers of the world around us, but active participants in its creation. He encourages readers and viewers to recognize their own infinite potential and to take an active role in shaping their reality through the power of their thoughts and actions.

Each episode of the podcast explores a different aspect of human consciousness, laws of the universe, and the power of our minds to shape our reality. Guests share their own experiences and insights into topics such as mindfulness, creativity, the nature of reality, and the mysteries of the universe. Chopra draws on his own extensive knowledge and experience in spirituality and personal growth to guide the conversation and provide his own perspective on the topics discussed.

Sadly, there is only one season of Infinite Potential, but if you want more of Deepak’s teachings, check out the Chopra app. In it you will find personalized guidance, well-being challenges, spiritual teachings, simple affirmations, and a wide assortment of meditations. From personal experience, I can say the programs are an awesome entry into meditation if you are new to the practice, and more experienced meditators will find an extensive library of guided meditations, timers, and music.

She guides listeners to dig deep into the root of their financial thinking in order to change not just the way they save and spend, but the way they live their lives.
